Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in case of size-related issues. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Charges

A standard exchange fee of ₹250 applies to all exchanges.

This amount helps cover reverse pickup and re-delivery charges handled by our third-party logistics partners.
Exchange Timeline
Once we receive the returned item and complete the quality inspection, the replacement product will be shipped. The complete process usually takes 7–9 working days.
Non-Serviceable Areas

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin code, our team will notify you. In such cases, customers may be required to send the parcel through a local courier service.

No extra handling fee will be charged in such situations.

Products purchased during sales, special promotions, or using discount offers are not eligible for exchange.

Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and assist you with a replacement if approved.
